Warehouse Operator with FLT Licence

The Recruitment Group are recruiting on behalf of our client, based in Rothley, for an experienced Warehouse Operator with a valid FLT Licence.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the warehouse operation. Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll be responsible for the safe movement, storage and dispatch of finished goods while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and housekeeping.

Main Responsibilities

• Move pallets safely around the warehouse and store them in the correct locations.

• Manage warehouse operations in line with company procedures and work instructions.

• Prepare loading areas in line with loading schedules.

• Load vehicles when required.

• Operate forklift trucks and other material handling equipment safely.

• Complete all required documentation accurately.

• Identify and report any damaged products or quality issues.

• Carry out daily equipment checks and report any faults.

• Maintain equipment in accordance with company procedures.

• Assist with stocktaking activities.

• Optimise warehouse storage space.

• Work closely with warehouse and production teams.

• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout your shift.

• Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed.

• Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
2:00pm – 10:00pm
37.5 hours per week
