Warehouse Operative

Location:

Loughborough

Pay: £13.20 per hour

Hours:

Full-time, usually 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday (flexibility to start early and finish late will be required on occasions).

Start Date:

w/c 17th August

Role:
Order picking, stock replenishment, and unloading/loading containers.

Note:

This is a physically demanding role involving repetitive heavy lifting of home goods including furniture and kitchen units.

What you'll need:

Physical Fitness:
Ability to stand for long periods and safely perform heavy manual handling in a fast-paced environment.
Precision:
High attention to detail for stock counts and record-keeping.
Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a small team.
Reliability: A punctual, "can-do" attitude and a commitment to high service standards.
Licences FLT Counterbalance is required.
