Warehouse Team Manager / Supervisor – Dunstable We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Manager / Supervisor to join our client in Dunstable. We're looking for a strong and experienced warehouse professional with a proven track record of longevity and stability in previous employment . The ideal candidate will have demonstrated commitment to their previous roles, strong leadership skills and the ability to take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations.

This is a hands-on management position for someone who can lead by example, manage a team effectively and ensure the warehouse operates safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and manage the warehouse team on a day-to-day basis Allocate workloads and ensure daily targets are achieved Monitor productivity, attendance and overall team performance Ensure warehouse processes and procedures are followed correctly Maintain high standards of health & safety and housekeeping Support goods-in, picking, packing, dispatch and general warehouse operations Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively Train, develop and support team members Work closely with senior management to achieve operational targets Take a hands-on approach when required and lead by example What We're Looking For Strong previous experience in warehouse supervision or management A proven track record of stable, long-term employment and commitment to previous employers Demonstrable experience managing and motivating a warehouse team Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and processes Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of health & safety requirements Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Reliable, proactive and accountable Excellent communication and leadership skills A hands-on approach with a strong work ethic The Details Salary: £31,000 – £35,000 per year, depending on experience
