The team currently consists of experienced Building Regulations and CDM professionals operating across the UK, supporting a broad range of construction projects and clients.

The opportunity:

You will work as a Building Regulations Principal Designer across a varied project portfolio, supporting compliance and design risk management from pre-construction through delivery. The business is particularly interested in individuals from a Building Control background who can bring practical, real-world construction knowledge and strong communication skills. Locations considered include London & the South East, South West England and the Midlands.

About you:

Background in Building Control / Building Regulations Experience operating as a   Principal Designer or within a related compliance role Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload Professional qualifications are welcomed but not essential (RICS, CABE, RIBA, MIFireE, Structural qualifications etc.) In return:
