Due to an increase in workload within the Highways division on the Technologies side, our client, a top Regional Contractor, is seeking a Site Agent to oversee works including CCTV, Speed Sign Upgrades, Lighting and other areas on their M25 Framework and based from their offices in Chigwell or Dartford.
Responsibilities- Organise new schemes including Design, Planning works, Commercial and Health & Safety.
- Ensure schemes run on time and within budget.
- Oversee daily site activities for CCTV, Speed Sign Upgrades, Lighting, and related highway works.
- SMSTS certification.
- CSCS certification.
- Proven experience as a Site Agent in highway works.
- Top day rate, outside IR35.
- Long‑term contract.
