Construction is seeking an experienced Estimator to join the pre-construction team in Waltham Abbey. You will prepare tender submissions, carry out quantity take-offs from drawings and price projects ranging from £200k to £4M+ while collaborating with design and management teams.
You will use Excel and Bluebeam, interpret specifications, and present professional bids. Some travel to client sites will be required as part of the role.
