Howells Solutions Limited in Epping is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to oversee planned internal and external works for a social housing refurbishment project. You will supervise contractors, ensure safety and timely delivery, and manage subcontractors on site.
The role requires SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, DBS, a driving licence, and awareness of health and safety. NVQ Level 3/4 is preferred; experience in social housing is essential. Excellent communication and organisation are expected.
