Commercial Administrator

Support the commercial team across the full lifecycle of each project
Assist with contract management in line with JCT and NEC 3/4 (Options A &

C)
Support subcontractor negotiations, payments, and performance tracking
Deliver accurate and timely completed works measures and billing processes
Produce monthly Cost Value Reconciliation reports
Generate Earned Value Analysis reports
Maintain robust commercial documentation
Contribute to the success of a dynamic, fast-growing division delivering infrastructure projects

• Experience in NHF SoR Rates or similar bespoke SoR rates
• Familiarity with the construction industry
• 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at 9-4 (grade C or above), including Maths, English, and ideally a Science
• Any previous Level 4 related qualification or equivalent discipline is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Basic understanding of standard methods of measurement
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm, commitment, and flexibility
• Willingness to take responsibility for own development and extend knowledge of software packages
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous construction industry experience is desirable
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel as required

Demonstrates expertise in contract management, particularly with JCT and NEC 3/4, and possesses strong numerical and analytical skills to support project lifecycle management in the construction industry. Proficient in producing Cost Value Reconciliation and Earned Value Analysis reports while maintaining robust commercial documentation.
