We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Services Executive to join our team. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with key business executives, addressing client queries, managing stock levels, and following established business processes.
The Basics- Salary £28k with yearly Bonus
- Working Hours 9-5 : 30pm
- Manage and navigate multiple databases and systems.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through proactive communication and dependable service.
- Coordinate with clients to forecast demand and confirm orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare and manage outbound shipments from initiation through delivery, ensuring customer requirements and timelines are met.
- Monitor shipments in transit, proactively addressing delays or issues, and keeping customers informed.
