Working closely with our global partner laboratory, Leixir, we're a fast-growing business with big ambitions. We believe great customer relationships are at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for someone who shares that mindset and wants to be part of the journey.
This isn't a typical customer service role. You'll become a trusted point of contact for our customers, building relationships with dental practices, helping with case enquiries and digital workflows, and developing your technical knowledge along the way. As we continue to expand, you'll have the chance to shape the role, take on new responsibilities and build a long-term career with us.
Whatyou'll be doing
- Supporting our customers by phone, email, Whats App and our online portal.
- Building lasting relationships with dentists and practice teams.
- Helping customers with case enquiries, digital workflows and day-to-day support.
- Learning about our products so you can recommend the best solution for each case.
- Introducing customers to products and services they may not already be using.
- Working closely with our technicians and the wider team to make sure every case runs smoothly.
- Supporting new customers as they get started with us.
- Listening to customer feedback and helping us continually improve.
- Enjoys speaking with people and building relationships
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Is naturally organised and enjoys multitasking
- Is proactive and enjoys problem solving
- Is comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Enjoys learning technical information
- Has an interest in sales, customer success or account management
- Wants to develop into a specialist technical support role
Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, dental, hospitality, retail or sales would be an advantage, but is not essential.
What you'll receive- Full training in dental laboratory products and digital workflows
- A clear pathway into technical customer support
- Opportunities to develop commercial and account management skills
- Ongoing mentoring from an experienced team
- A supportive and friendly working environment
- Genuine opportunities for career progression within a rapidly growing business
- Full training provided
- Career progression opportunities
We're growing quickly and investing heavily in technology, customer experience and innovation. We believe great service is just as important as great dentistry, and every member of our team has the opportunity to make a real difference to our customers. If you're looking for a career where you can develop specialist knowledge, build lasting customer relationships and grow with an ambitious company, we would love to hear from you.
