Computer Science Teacher – Maternity Cover
Epping, Essex
We are supporting a secondary school in Epping seeking a Computer Science Teacher to join their team on a maternity cover basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT or experienced teacher looking for a fixed-term role in a supportive and well-resourced department.
The Role
* Teaching Computer Science at KS3 and KS4
* Opportunity to teach KS5 for suitably experienced candidates
* Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons
* Maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning
* Contributing positively to the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it
* Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science / Computing
* Confident teaching programming and computational thinking
* Organised, adaptable and professional
* Able to hit the ground running for a temporary cover role
