• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups

• Helping children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH or speech and language needs access learning

• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO

• Using clear routines and positive behaviour strategies

• Have experience supporting children or young people with SEND
