Year 3 Primary Teacher, Maternity Cover | Chigwell MPS

Take full ownership of a settled Year 3 class where strong routines are already embedded and pupils are eager to progress. This maternity cover offers the opportunity to deliver engaging lower KS2 learning, refine assessment practice and work collaboratively within a supportive team structure.

• Full class responsibility for Year 3
• Collaborative planning within a two-form entry structure
• Use assessment to drive attainment and close gaps
• Work closely with a dedicated Teaching Assistant

• Holds QTS
• Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
• Confident in behaviour management
• Organised, proactive and reflective

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
