Provide meaningful, consistent 1:1 support to a Reception pupil with Autism, helping to build communication, confidence and independence from the very start of their school journey. This role offers hands‑on SEND experience within a structured EYFS environment.
The Role- Deliver 1:1 support aligned to EHCP targets
- Implement visual timetables and structured routines
- Support emotional regulation and transitions
- Liaise closely with SENCo and class teacher
- Experience supporting pupils with ASD
- Calm, patient and consistent approach
- Understanding of Early Years development
- Strong communication skills
- Full time
- ASAP or Easter start
- Term time only

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
