SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Primary SEN Teaching Assistant who is passionate about enabling children with additional needs to thrive both academically and socially. Experience in SEN setting or mainstream primary school would be advantageous

Location: Chigwell, Essex

• Support teaching and learning across the curriculum
• Help manage behaviour in line with school policy
• Provide small group and targeted interventions
• Prepare classrooms and resources
• Support safeguarding and pupil wellbeing

• Experience supporting SEN pupils (desirable)
• Knowledge of safeguarding and KCSIE guidance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Organisational skills and attention to detail
• A genuine love of working with children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
