SEN Support Assistant - Primary

Do you have experience supporting children with additional needs on a 1:1 basis?

We are looking for a caring and proactive 1:1 SEN Support Assistant to provide targeted support to pupils with EHCPs and additional learning needs.

ASAP Start, Term Time, 35 hours per week.

• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored support
• Support social, emotional and academic development
• Use effective behaviour management strategies
• Assist with assessment and monitoring progress
• Promote independence and confidence

• Experience working with children with SEN
• Understanding of professional boundaries
• Positive, resilient and solution-focused
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Enjoy working collaboratively

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
