Role Overview

Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

* Pay: £105-£160 per day (depending on experience)

* Responsibilities:
Leading whole-class learning when required, supporting teaching and learning across the school, delivering planned lessons, and providing targeted pupil support

* Collaboration:

Working closely with teachers and support staff to maintain a positive and engaging learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

Holds HLTA status or has significant experience working towards HLTA level

* Is confident leading whole-class learning and covering lessons when required

* Has experience supporting teaching and learning in a primary school setting

* Builds strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families

* Brings a positive, energetic, and nurturing approach to the classroom

* Is flexible, proactive, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
