We are a rapidly growing educational group looking for a dedicated Teacher to work with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.

• Deliver lessons to 5–19 year‑old pupils in a purpose‑built school environment.
• Support children’s learning, development, and self‑esteem within an autism‑focused curriculum.
• Collaborate with psychologists, teaching assistants, and therapy professionals to tailor individual learning plans.
• Engage families and external agencies to ensure holistic support for each pupil.
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports, and contribute to the school’s ESP (special educational needs) strategy.

• Qualified Teacher Status.
• Previous teaching experience with children with autism or special educational needs.
• Strong motivation and dedication, with the ability to build relationships and inspire pupils.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid DBS check – an enhanced DBS check will be conducted.
