- Ongoing Key responsibilities-Academic Support
- Provide 1:1 or small-group mentoring focused on study skills, organization, time management, and exam preparation. Support learners to set goals, track progress, and reflect on their learning journey. Assist with understanding assignment briefs, planning work, and developing independent learning skills. Identify learners' needs and create personalized support plans. Support learners transitioning into FE or progressing to higher levels or employment.

Pastoral & Wellbeing Support
- Offer guidance and a safe, supportive environment where learners can discuss concerns. Build positive, professional relationships that promote confidence and resilience. Recognize indicators of mental health or safeguarding concerns and escalate appropriately. Promote attendance, punctuality, and positive behavior.
