Male - Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location:
Loughton
Pay: £95-£106/day (DOE)
Duration:
Full-time | Long-term | Temp-to-Perm

Luma Education Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Male Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support and guide a pupil 1:1 with SEN and complex learning difficulties, helping them thrive every day in a positive, engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 support
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Implement behaviour strategies
- Provide personal care when necessary
- Support pupils academic, social, and emotional development
- Help maintain a calm, positive classroom environment
- Flexible and adaptable to different classroom environments
- Positive, encouraging attitude to help children reach their potential
- School or youth work experience
- Previous experience in Care is benefical
- Confident supporting pupils with behavioural needs
- Patient, resilient, and proactive approach
- Enhanced DBS (on Update Service) required prior to starting
- Competitive daily rate (£95-£106) DOE with weekly payments
