We have a vacancy for a SEMH Mentor and Senior Teaching Assistant to start working immediately.

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient SEMH Mentor and Senior Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a positive role model and provide targeted emotional, social, and academic support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Working closely with teaching staff, you will help implement effective behavior strategies, foster trusting relationships, and empower our students to build resilience, regulate their emotions, and unlock their full potential in a safe and inclusive environment.

Who we are

Davenant is an Ecumenical Foundation School that was founded in 1680. We are set on the Edge of Epping Forest on the border of London, having the best of both worlds, beautiful country backdrop with tube access to the city and all it offers.
