The ideal candidate will bring energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic to a busy school kitchen environment. You should be committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene, presentation, and teamwork, with a flexible approach to daily tasks and a genuine interest in supporting students' wellbeing through healthy, nutritious meals.

We are dedicated to providing high-quality education, creating an environment where every individual is encouraged to reach their full potential. Our school culture promotes collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to excellence in everything we do.
About the TrustBMAT is a thriving community of schools, committed to providing an outstanding education for every student attending one of our schools. We create environments where individuals matter, confidence flourishes, and every child can achieve exceptional outcomes. We currently oversee seven secondary academies and five primary academies, primarily located in Harlow, with additional sites in Newham and Stansted.
The Trust's vision is clear - to work together to smash through the barriers that prevent children from becoming confident, high-achieving, and independent individuals.
What can BMAT offer you?- Generous employer pension contribution through Teachers Pensions or Local Government Pension Scheme
- Private healthcare benefits, including 24/7 Doctorline access
- Home and electronic salary sacrifice scheme
- Cycle to work
- Discounted Gym membership through salary sacrifice
- Lifestyle and discount savings

BMAT Education is committed to safeguarding children; successful candidates will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check. In line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidance, we may also conduct an online search about any shortlisted candidates as part of our due diligence to identify any matters that might relate directly to our legal duty to meet safeguarding duties, in accordance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE)
