This Could Be Your Next Move. We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established business for a Horticultural Service Advisor to join their busy Service Department based Near Maldon area.

The Role Reporting to the Service Manager, you’ll be central to the day-to-day coordination of the horticultural service function. Working closely with workshop, parts, and warranty teams, you’ll ensure jobs are planned efficiently, customers are kept informed, and service standards remain high.
This is a varied, hands-on role that combines customer interaction, administration, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities- Acting as a key point of contact for customers, managing enquiries and expectations professionally
- Coordinating service jobs, job cards, and workshop schedules
- Liaising with Parts and Warranty teams to support smooth job completion
- Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
- Supporting the wider service team to deliver an efficient and customer-focused operation
- Previous experience in a service department environment or a strong understanding of how one operates
- Industry experience in horticultural, agricultural, construction, automotive, or similar sectors is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Highly organised with strong administrative and multitasking abilities
- Able to work calmly and effectively in a busy environment
- A positive, enthusiastic team player who enjoys working across office and workshop settings

Maldon Area - Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday - Additional hours, including weekends, may be required during peak periods (e.g. harvest) on a rota basis
- Contract:
Permanent, full-time, salaried
- 32 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
