Night Supervisor – Delta Hotels by Marriott Waltham AbbeyWe are currently recruiting for a Night Supervisor to join the team at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Waltham Abbey.

- Lead and supervise the team during the night and take overall responsibility for the hotel overnight ensuring the safety and security of guests and associates
- Complete regular walk‑rounds to ensure the building is secure and action any issues that arise
- Ensure that the end‑of‑day reports to close the day s business results are completed
- Process guest check‑ins, assigning rooms and activating room keys
- Answer, respond to and process all guest calls, messages, questions or concerns
- Process check‑outs and resolve any disputed charges
This role is full time, working 40 hours per 5‑day working week including weekends and bank holidays.
Safety and Company Policies- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
- Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Communicate with others using clear and professional language
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
- Support the team to reach common goals
- Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
