We are currently recruiting for a Night Supervisor to join the team at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Waltham Abbey.

• Lead and supervise the team during the night and take overall responsibility for the hotel overnight ensuring the safety and security of guests and associates
• Complete regular walk‑rounds to ensure the building is secure and action any issues that arise
• Ensure that the end‑of‑day reports to close the day s business results are completed
• Process guest check‑ins, assigning rooms and activating room keys
• Answer, respond to and process all guest calls, messages, questions or concerns
• Process check‑outs and resolve any disputed charges

This role is full time, working 40 hours per 5‑day working week including weekends and bank holidays.

• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
• Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager
• Complete safety training and certifications
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
• Communicate with others using clear and professional language
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
• Support the team to reach common goals
• Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
