Content Creator, CRM Systems & Management

Reporting to the Head of E-commerce, you’ll own on‑site commercial performance: conversion rate optimisation, SEO, merchandising, website content and CRM. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves testing, measuring and improving.

• Own the CRO roadmap and run A/B tests on our Woo Commerce site
• Own on‑site SEO and improve rankings for high-volume target keywords
• Manage merchandising, including category ordering, cross-sells, bundles and promotions
• Set up and optimise product detail pages across our priority SKUs
• Create, prepare and schedule website content, including content for email campaigns
• Own Klaviyo campaigns and flows, growing email’s share of total revenue
• Track and report on conversion rate, AOV, CRM revenue, keyword rankings, PDP quality and test throughput

• Proven CRO and A/B testing experience
• Experience setting up and optimising PDPs
• Web content management and scheduling experience
• Klaviyo or an equivalent CRM/email platform
• Knowledge of wild birds, animals or reptiles
• Livefood industry knowledge
