We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee passive fire protection projects, including fire stopping, fire doors, compartmentation, and FRA remedial works across social housing and commercial properties. • Manage passive fire contracts from planning to completion.
• Ensure compliance with BS 476, BS 8214, Building Regulations, Fire Safety Act 2021.
• Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor budgets, valuations, costs, and contract profitability.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and prepare handover/compliance packs.
• Act as main client contact, providing progress updates and resolving issues.

Essential:

• Proven experience in passive fire protection contracts, fire stopping, fire doors, and compartmentation.
• Knowledge of FRA remedial works and social housing environments.
• Strong leadership, commercial, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills.

Desirable:

• FIRAS / BM TRADA / IFC accreditation.
• IFE qualifications or fire safety training.
• SMSTS, SSSTS, NEBOSH/IOSH.
