A well-established and growing estate agency with a strong presence across East London and West Essex is looking to appoint an experienced Head of Block Management to lead and develop its block management function.

This is a senior, strategic role offering the opportunity to take ownership of an existing portfolio, improve systems and processes, and build a high-performing block management team.

The Role

As Head of Block Management, you will be responsible for:

* Leading and overseeing the block management department across East London and West Essex

* Acting as the senior point of contact for key clients, freeholders, and directors

* Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements

* Improving operational efficiency, systems, and service delivery

* Supporting business growth through client retention and new instructions

The Ideal Candidate

You will be:

* An experienced Block Manager or Senior Property Manager ready to step into a leadership role

* Strong knowledge of residential block management legislation and compliance

* A confident people manager with the ability to mentor and develop a team

* Highly organised, commercially aware, and solutions-focused

* Comfortable working across multiple offices/locations

Professional qualifications (ATPI, MTPI) are desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
