In person About the Role Following expansion from two tearooms to three over the past four years, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic leader to support operations across our growing business. Your main responsibility will be to supervise the day-to-day activities of your team to ensure operational excellence. You will lead by example, working closely with peers across all shops to maintain the highest standards and deliver outstanding service to both your team and customers.

Our goal is simple: to provide a consistent 5? experience in every tearoom. Although you will be based at our North Weald branch, you will occasionally be required to travel to our Bishops Stortford branches to support operations. This is an essential part of the role.
