Salary £20,000‑£25,000, OTE up to £50,000‑£60,000 + Car allowance.

Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:45am‑6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am‑4:00pm with day off in lieu (5 day working week).

• Effectively build and maintain relationships with applicants and vendors.
• Fully qualify applicants gaining a thorough understanding of the applicant's motivation for their search to design the best possible tour for them.
• Plan and execute viewing tours ensuring they are designed to be as structured and fruitful as possible.
• Assess buyers' financial position and refer them to suitable mortgage brokers and solicitors.
• Remain proactive throughout the conveyancing process i.e. instigate surveys and chase up solicitors/buyers for documentation.

• Knowledge and experience of the sales market and conveyancing process.
• A strong work ethic.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Effective communicator with strong ability to build rapport and relationships.
• Enthusiasm and drive.
• Self‑motivated with willingness to learn.
• Flexible with the ability to adapt to change.
