What Youll Do :
Work closely with key internal colleagues to understand the business needs, then translate these needs into a specification against which system changes and enhancements can be developed and delivered. Turn the analysis of business needs into a solution design that will deliver the required system changes and enhancements. Development of designed solutions using a suite of development tools appropriate for the job.

Configure system data and integration whilst building and deploying new modules. When required engage with external suppliers to develop the operational systems. Develop test plans for systems changes and enhancements and carry out rigorous testing against these plans, including user testing. What Youll Need:
Degree in relevant business or technology discipline and/or experience delivering complex technology and change projects using appropriate technologies focussed on digital and application/system based projects. Technical knowledge in areas such as Cloud-computing, Microsoft Power Platform, web application frameworks and database management systems with experience of utilising technology toolsets to build solutions for internal and external users. Can apply an extensive range of problem solving, automation and networking skills both internally (up to Senior Management level) and externally with the ability to explain complex systems and concepts.
