LHT Logistics Ltd is an established family‑run transport and warehouse business based in Waltham Abbey.

We are looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver to join our warehouse team. This role is crucial to the smooth running of our daily transport operation — particularly during our busy morning loading period.

• Loading and unloading HGV vehicles using a Counterbalance FLT
• Ensuring accurate and secure loading to meet dispatch deadlines
• Supporting warehouse operations and maintaining site tidiness
• Working closely with the transport and warehouse team to ensure all morning departures run on time

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
• Proven experience loading and unloading HGVs
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
• Reliable and punctual — morning dispatch is critical to our operation
• Good communication skills and a strong team ethic

This is a key role within our operation. The successful candidate must be thorough, safety‑conscious and able to perform under time‑sensitive conditions while maintaining high standards.
