: £22-30k per year + travel allowance

At Mode Photo, our mission is to capture homes in their best light, using a modern style with a creative approach.

We’re looking for a motivated property photographer and videographer with strong organisational skills and a passion for estate agent marketing, to join our fast-growing, vibrant marketing team.

You’ll be producing high-quality photo and video content and playing a key role in our marketing output.

We offer full training, ongoing support, and all required equipment.

• Visit residential properties across the region
• Capture photography, videography, drone footage, and create floor plans
• Liaise with estate agents to understand key selling points
• Ensure all shoots are uploaded correctly and on time
• Support and train new team members
• Assist with coordinating diaries, bookings, and logistics
• Assist with social media and new business content
• Respond to customer queries professionally

• A strong creative eye and attention to detail
• Great time management and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple shoots per day and adapt to last-minute changes
• Comfortable interacting with clients and homeowners
• Confident in building a small team and helping them develop
• All equipment and software provided
• Room to grow within the company
