Blue Cross NC is seeking a Principal Treasury Analyst to elevate cash forecasting and liquidity analysis across the organization. You will lead short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts, identify drivers, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions and capital planning.
You will partner with Finance, Treasury Operations, Actuarial, Investments, and senior leaders to gather assumptions, improve accuracy, and optimize excess cash in line with policy.
