This role is responsible for project documentation, process monitoring, cost management evaluation, report generation, and day-to-day administration and training for the Trimble Unity Construct platform.
Key Responsibilities & Scope of WorkProject Documentation & Tracking: Create comprehensive project documentation, monitor project processes, conduct cost/benefit analyses, and track specifications and requirements.
System Administration & User Support: Handle day-to-day user support, manage user accounts and permissions, and oversee project administration within Trimble Unity Construct.
Training & Process Onboarding: Develop and maintain training materials; conduct basic user, workflow, and system administration training.
Process Testing & Optimization: Lead process testing and requirement documentation for new process rollouts, evaluating ongoing workflows to recommend operational improvements.
Reporting & Dashboards: Create, clean up, and manage reports, report subscriptions, and executive dashboards in Trimble Unity Construct.
Cost Management: Evaluate usage and implement best practices for cost management using the Trimble platform.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience with Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder).
User & Account Management: Proven track record in creating and managing user accounts with appropriate permission levels.
Training & Onboarding: Demonstrated experience designing training materials and conducting training sessions (basic user, workflow, and administrative).
Process Design & Testing: Experience leading design sessions, documenting requirements, and serving as the primary lead for process testing.
Cost Management: Experience leveraging best practices in cost management within the Trimble platform.
Reporting Expertise: Hands-on experience creating dashboards, custom reports, and automated report subscriptions.

Must be fully fluent in English (written and verbal).
