A respected, community-based health system in South Mississippi is recruiting an experienced Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing across its 500+ bed flagship regional hospital
.

You won't sacrifice scale. The CNO will lead approximately 1,500+ nursing FTEs across a complex acute care environment serving a broad regional population.

We are seeking an established CNO
, ideally with 3–5+ years of successful CNO experience in a large, complex acute care hospital and a track record of measurable nursing and operational results.

RN, BSN and an advanced degree required.

This is an onsite position in South Mississippi and relocation is required.
