LPN - Long-Term Care Nurse; Patient-Focused

Sweetwater Care in Louisiana is seeking an LVN/LPN to provide bedside nursing care aligned with physician orders and current standards. You will document changes in patient conditions, participate in rounds with physicians, and follow charting procedures.
