Salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM

Join us as a Payroll Clerk in Rayville and help bring order to invoices, receipts, and runaway decimals. If you get a strange thrill from catching a 3-cent discrepancy, you're exactly who we're looking for.

• 3+ years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing payroll deductions, garnishments, retirement plans, and workers' compensation.
• Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees.
• Manage tax deposits, filings, and wage-related deductions (401k, garnishments, child support).
• Oversee workers' compensation reporting and audits.
• Prepare year-end payroll tasks, including W-2s.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and respond to employee payroll inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR and Accounting for reporting and reconciliation.
