Tax Return Auditor

Our client is seeking an experienced Tax Return Auditor to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness of tax returns. This role involves reviewing complex business and individual returns, managing workflow, and providing guidance to preparers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality service.

• On-Site

• Prepare and examine tax returns to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Verify compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations
• Support staff training and assist with onboarding processes
• Organize workflow schedules and manage task priorities
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
• Review financial statements for accuracy and consistency
• Develop quarterly estimates and year-end projections
• Remain up to date on changes in tax legislation and apply updates as required

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in the tax profession, including preparation of business tax returns
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Background in the construction, manufacturing, or real estate industries
