- Senior-level professionals oversee tax engagements, manage client relationships, develop staff, and drive business growth through expanded advisory services.
- Tax Seniors lead the preparation and review of complex individual and business tax returns, manage work papers, and mentor junior staff.
- Tax Staff perform basic accounting tasks, prepare work papers and tax returns, and research less complex issues to support the team.
- Manager: CPA, 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Senior: BS Accounting, 3+ years of public accounting experience
- Staff: BS Accounting, 1+ year of public accounting experience
- Above-market compensation with all employees paid hourly and eligible for 1.5x overtime
- $3,000 CPA exam bonus with no deadline, plus flexibility to study during slower periods
- Additional bonuses for bringing in new business
