Receptionist - Franchise Location at H&R Block is a seasonal/part-time opportunity focused on welcoming clients and routing them to the right resources.

What you’ll do is help others, build client relationships, and support clients now and in the future by delivering friendly, professional service.

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients as they would like to be scheduled
• Help ensure all clients’ needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
