Overview
The Senior Administrative Program Coordinator in the Office of Donor Relations assists with day-to-day operations of the department. The Senior Administrative Program Coordinator supports one or more specific functional areas of Donor Relations, which may include stewardship reporting, gift acknowledgment, and recognition programs. Responsibilities include administrative support for the functional area such as supply ordering, expense tracking, liaising with vendors, and coordination/implementation of communications such as mail/email merges.
Further responsibilities include project management, data collection and analysis, monitoring departmental inboxes and phone lines, program fulfillment, and special projects as assigned. The position supports the Donor Relations team in day-to-day operations as appropriate. The Senior Administrative Program Coordinator provides consistent input to improve departmental workflow, assignment of duties, cost-saving measures, and adherence to the mission of Tulane University. The Senior Administrative Program Coordinator is a detail-oriented individual who can make independent decisions to allow for multi-tasking and prioritization of workflow to ensure maximum office efficiency.
- Provide administrative support for Donor Relations functional areas (e.g., stewardship reporting, gift acknowledgment, recognition programs)

- Bachelor
39;s Degree and 3 years of full-time or equivalent experience in volunteer/program management, direct fundraising, or transferable experience required
- OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years of full-time or equivalent experience in volunteer/program management, direct fundraising, or transferable experience required. Transferable experience includes marketing, admissions, public relations, alumni relations, non-profit management, or sales experience.
- Experience with Adobe Programs (InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat)
- Experience with the Advance data system (Ellucian) or other CRM
