Job Description

We are looking for a polished and organized Front Office Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment while supporting the daily operations of the office.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors and ensure a smooth, professional front-office experience.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with clarity and courtesy.
  • Maintain appointment schedules, meeting coordination, and daily office flow.
  • Organize and update internal documents, records, and office materials.
  • Support executive and administrative teams with tasks as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area and meeting spaces are well-maintained and presentable.
  • Assist with basic reporting, documentation, and follow-up tasks.
