Join Our Team as a Office Assistant at Think Tell Junction

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. You will manage various tasks that keep our office running efficiently, including handling correspondence, organizing files, and assisting with scheduling.

Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls and managing front desk responsibilities.
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Organizing and maintaining the filing system, both electronically and physically.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work.
