Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment in our office. As the Office Receptionist, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, managing appointment schedules, and providing superb customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Greet and assist visitors, addressing their inquiries and directing them to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meetings for staff members.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
  • Handle mail and package deliveries, ensuring all items are processed and distributed efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate professionally with clients and staff.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
