EssentialJob Duties
- Operate the weight station scale
- Greet and assist the public in a friendly manner, providing quality customer service
- Enter information into the computer program on a daily basis
- Prepare daily deposit
- Balance and handle cash drawer on a daily basis
- Answer the phone and check mail
- Prepare customer charge account invoices for billing
- Receive, annotate, and process payments
- Prepare monthly and yearly reports as requested
- Maintain a clean, safe environment in the scale office
