• Clean, wax, polish, and refurbish vehicles (both new and pre-owned, including post-collision)
• Ensure all vehicles meet our exceptional quality standards
• Understand and fulfill specific customer detailing requests
• Maintain service tools and detailing equipment in top condition
• Promptly report any damage or issues to management
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure efficiency
• Represent Walt Massey with pride and professionalism
• Perform additional tasks as needed

• Listed Experience in vehicle detailing
• Positive, team-focused attitude with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
