Ford & CJDR Parts Advisor

As a Ford & CJDR Parts Advisor at Grey Wolf Auto Group in Jasper, AL, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers and service teams receive the correct automotive parts efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for managing parts inventory, advising customers on the best options for their vehicle needs, and supporting the overall service department by maintaining smooth parts operations.

• Assist customers with identifying, ordering, and purchasing the correct Ford and Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram (CJDR) parts.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and availability.
• Work closely with service advisors and technicians to coordinate parts needs and deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service through expert product knowledge and effective communication.
• Handle parts returns, warranties, and invoicing in accordance with company policies.
• Utilize computer systems and parts catalogs to identify and locate parts efficiently.
• Support other dealership departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.

• Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Ford and CJDR parts and accessories is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with computers and inventory management software.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training is advantageous.
