We are looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused service advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a strong understanding of automotive service, and is driven to provide an exceptional customer experience while meeting department goals
Responsibilities- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Consult with customers regarding vehicle maintenance and repair needs
- Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns
- Recommend necessary maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition
- Communicate repair recommendations and explain services clearly to customers
- Provide customers with accurate estimates and keep them informed throughout the repair process
- Coordinate with technicians and parts personnel to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor repair progress and communicate delays or changes to customers
- Review completed repairs with customers and explain work performed
- Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Maintain customer satisfaction standards
- Meet or exceed individual and department sales and performance goals
- Previous automotive service advisor experience is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
