Entry Level Project Coordinator at Think Tell Junction

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to kickstart their career in project management and coordination. As an Entry Level Project Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced project managers and gain valuable hands‑on experience in various aspects of project execution, from planning and monitoring to communication and reporting.

Pay Range

$27.00/hr - $33.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Assist project managers in planning and executing project activities.
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information.
  • Communicate project status and updates to team members and stakeholders.
  • Organize project documentation and maintain project files.
  • Participate in project meetings and take meeting minutes.
  • Track project progress and report on any issues or challenges.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
