Job Summary

The Meter to Cash (M2C) team seeks an Analyst passionate about project management and process improvement to lead initiatives across the department. The role will collaborate with senior leaders and functional managers to scope and execute projects, operationalize effective business practices, and leverage data insights to drive root cause problem solving and close gaps. The analyst will mentor junior analysts, maintain stakeholder communication, and support M2C groups using Power BI and PowerPoint.

• Utilize data insights to drive root cause problem solving and deliver sustainable results.
• Lead initiatives to enhance M2C processes using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
• Align stakeholders around initiative vision and communicate progress and key KPIs.
• Provide performance transparency through metrics and reporting to execute enhancements with urgency.
• Facilitate continuous improvement exercises and coaching to design solutions for process improvement.
• Create and manage engaging presentations in PowerPoint and Power BI to provide concise updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts to improve overall group performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, economics, or business field required; master’s preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience as an analyst; senior analyst preferred.
• Strong understanding of data and analytics support compliance-based IT initiatives.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and controls, or information security audits.
• High level of quantitative skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem analysis skills.

Full‑time, Mid‑Senior level.
